A fine example of a quarry tile chequer board in Long Eaton which is the result of years of hard work by the owner, who has removed lino, cork tiles and plenty of paint from the floor in this time. All that was needed was a further deep clean and a seal. You'll notice the salt deposits, as they had been there for many years the deposits have solidified and become almost part of the tile, so even after treatment there was still a few traces left.

But overall the floor looks far better than any cork tiles.
