A Victorian floor by William Godwin & Sons of Hereford and current holder of the highest amount of signiture tiles found in a single floor. We found the floor to be in very good condition save for a few loose and damaged tiles. We also noticed the floor had moisture trapped beneath some kind of dri-brite polish,

This quarry tile floor was found under carpet in a lovely Victorian house in one of the suburbs of Leicester. As you can see the floor was splattered with paint, old varnish, oxidised oil and wallpaper, plus carpet grippers where still attached to the tiles.

A wonderful original Minton tiled hallway in Blaby Leicestershire which was aleady in a very clean state when we arrived. The current owners had put an awful lot of effort into the restoration of their tiled hallway over the years.

A truly gorgeous Victorian tiled floor in Loughborough. We thought the floor had a wonderful colour scheme and encaustic tile designs. Although the floor had a few signs of damage, caused by clumsy carpet fitters in the past the tiles were in a real nice condition.

This Edwardian marbled terracotta tile hallway in Melton Mowbray Leicestershire struck us a being rather different, normally we don't work with these type of tiles but being as they are so unusual we decided to take the project on. As you can see the far end of the hallway is suffering badly from efflorescence that is rising through the tiles.

A gorgeous Victorian tiled hallway in the West End of Leicester. We found the floor to in very good condition and really only needed a coat of old polish removing and deep cleaning, before adding our own quality sealers and polish.

A nicely laid modern geometric floor with Original Style Victorian range tiles in Quorn Leicestershire. We found this floor to be an already clean state with a slightly ageing polish, which naturally detracted from the floors overall appearance.

Another cracking example of a Minton tile floor in Oadby Leicester. This time the black and white chequer board has been enhanced with these wonderful tiny turquoise triangles.

This original floor Minton geometric floor in Quorn Leicestershire had been found underneath an old carpet. Naturally like all of our customers, the owner had real taste and knew the floor would look far more impressive than any carpet and more hygienic to boot.

At some stage in this floors life, there was a pipe laid straight through. And the unsympathetic repair really was horribly done. Over time the concrete had discoloured, moved and cracked and ultimately been repair again in a fashion.

Here we have a lovely hallway floor in Leicester. The tiles are by Craven Dunnill and include some pretty rare colours including a nice terracotta orange which we’ve seen only in a few floors.
