A nice little Victorian quarry tile floor in Leeds which had been covered over with carpet for many years before the new owners revealed this gem. From the initial enquiry photos we could tell there was a build up of moisture below the tile surface and had a sneaking feeling that this floor had already been sealed in some fashion. This was confirmed upon inspection. Restoration details here
