A Victorian floor by William Godwin & Sons of Hereford and current holder of the highest amount of signiture tiles found in a single floor. We found the floor to be in very good condition save for a few loose and damaged tiles. We also noticed the floor had moisture trapped beneath some kind of dri-brite polish, which we would need to remove to allow the floor to breath and dry correctly. Unfortunately this would prevent us from using the premium polishes we have and a highly breathable sealer was used. A polish could be applied at a later stage once the damp had cleared up.
